CORONAVIRUS: PER L’AREA NORD DI NAPOLI UNA PROVA SOSTANZIALMENTESUPERATA. MA MOLTO E’ IL LAVORO DA FARE.

Era inizialmente molto temuta l’inevitabile ondata di casi di corona virus nella regione Campaniaper la densità abitativa e per le carenze nell’ organizzazione sanitaria da sempre lamentate. Ma allafine almeno i dati sanitari dimostrano che stavolta il Sud ha fatto meglio del Nord che tanto vanta lasua migliore organizzazione nei servizi. Tanti i motivi di questi risultati. Forse la fortuna di esserestati più preparati dopo quanto accaduto al Nord. Probabilmente ha aiutato anche il clima. Masicuramente il maggiore rispetto delle regole, soprattutto nel periodo della serrata totale, Ed il sensocivico dimostrato dalla popolazione più che per la repressione dei controlli. E una volta tanto ancheil sistema sanitario meridionale ha risposto positivamente, grazie al’ abnegazione di tanti medici einfermieri di estremo valore il cui lavoro troppo spesso viene sottovalutato. E forse finora hannofatto più danni le conseguenze economiche che quelle sulla salute della popolazione. Un’ economiagià non florida ha subito un ulteriore grave colpo da questa pandemia. I settori più penalizzatisicuramente quelli del piccolo e medio commercio e dell’artigianato, oltre a quello di tanti serviziprofessionali. E a questo si aggiungerà l’inevitabile danno al turismo, una delle maggiori fontidell’economia meridionale. E’ indubbiamente una situazione eccezionale, paragonabile forse solo ai periodi bellici, daaffrontare con metodi eccezionali. Ma eccezionale dovrà essere anche lo sforzo di amministratori epopolazione per risollevarsi con spirito di collaborazione e comportamenti improntati ad onestà ecorrettezza. Perché un numero elevato di risorse disponibili spesso in passato ha acceso insaniappetiti che hanno impedito a queste risorse di arrivare alle mete prefissate prendendo stradesbagliate e arricchendo il malaffare. Che sia invece un’occasione d’ oro per porre le basi di unarinascita economica sfruttando le risorse che potrebbero arrivare per investimenti seri, che puntinoad un rilancio dell’economia meridionale che è più che possibile. Occorre individuare in tutte learee, quindi anche quella a nord di Napoli, le opportune peculiarità territoriali e sociali ed investiresu di esse per creare impresa ed occupazione. Solo così si potrà tramutare quella che si temeva unatragedia in una insperata opportunità di rinascita. (Otello Salice)
